Thanks, that's a very generous offer. I'm not to concerned about FEL wear, I'd only use the attachment a couple days a year. I do know what you are saying about keeping grade with an AG tractor when you are used to track machines. A tractor is only a weekend machine to play around with a bit, but my projects aren't huge, just too much to do by hand. I've got some field edge piles that have brush, stumps, trees and topsoil mixed from clearing with a dozer, and I think this would be the perfect type tool to separate the dirt from the junk. I also want to make several 1/2 acre shooting plots in early growth woods with mostly brush and nothing bigger than 3 -6", and having a 75hp tractor with FEL already, a grapple for it seems to make the most sense for my needs. I have a 9' wide 3point blade that I really like for making new fields that would work well in combination with a grapple. Normally I would just bring in a big machine and get the project done, but I'm at the final finetuning stages of my plots, and am only making small changes as I dream them up. I'm probably going to be clearing/moving a few random brush piles many years. If you find more ideas for roots and brush clearing I'm all ears.. I found the distance from the fel to the tires being kinda long makes it a little harder to keep grade. Plus I think it would put extra wear on the fel. I have this one 84” for my track loader.
