U of Minnesota - developed a new apple

I thought some of the fruit tree enthusiast would enjoy this article out of this morning's StarTribune (Minneapolis MN) about the development of a new apple called the First Kiss.
I cringed at the part of destroying fruit bearing trees that aren't "perfect". I'd love to hire a tree spade to bring a few (or all of them) to my place in Central MN:

Cool article. I don't like honeycrisp, or at least the ones in the store around here, and it might be because I've had mostly the bastardized versions.
