got some spots that i need to spray that have a bunch of saplings and vines around? i had them all cut back and was gonna spray in the spring when they started growing but had to go out of town for a month and didnt get to do it so they grew back. can i spray then now, if so what should i use? or should i wait and cut them back when they come back out next year. just want something to spray, even its once a year to avoid cutting them back every couple yeas. thanks
