Plythal Clothing?

Does anybody have any Plythal Clothing? If so your opinion please. Seems like a decent price compared to Sitka Brand.

Never heard of it. My first inclination is that I'd rather have cold weather gear from Montana, than Arkansas!

Haven't seen it in person but will run by a local dealer and check it out. Need to upgrade some early season stuff and may give this a try and support a local company.

Maybe they are just trying to give a quality product at a fair price but I wouldn't think location would have to do with anything if they are trying to ship to all of the US.

I like the photoflauge. I just looks like the real deal. Some of those leaves look like they are real leaves laying on top of the coat.

My sons have been going out west for many years on DIY bow hunts. Younger son has been going for even longer than his older brother. Clothing is a big deal to them. They often hunt above the tree line in CO. About 5 years ago, youngest son started wearing KUIU clothing and swears by it. Both wear it now. A few months back we were putting up a redneck blind and my oldest son still had his KUIU on from a morning hunt.

I took a pic of them placing the blind on the base and found it interesting how the camo pattern almost made him disappear against the silhouette of the trees. If you have a need for high quality - high tech clothing you may want to check out KUIU. Since I don't venture out there with them I find regular old camo I've had for years to do me just fine down south. In fact, most hunts I just wear earth tone pants and a very old original realtree chamois shirt I'm fond of.

I saw it in a store in Alma, Ar. Looks good! Definitely trying to imitate some of the more popular camo and clothing lines. Sitka is good stuff, but is over priced in my opinion. There are many competitors now making "hi-tech" stretch polyester clothing at a fraction of the cost. Of course all are made overseas, including the pricey ones. Perhaps some are a little heavier fabric or better quality seems, but most are comparable. I liked the look and feel of the Plythal stuff, and nearly purchase some despite having more hunting clothes than I could ever possibly wear in a season. It's still not cheap, but should give a little competition to Sitka.

Seeing the KUIU in black and white took me back to the old Winona Mills knit camo of the 1980's- I still wear some of those garments which is as good a reminder to buy quality stuff once and be done with it!

Deer patch, I have checked at a couple of places listed as dealers but those places are no longer carrying the stuff. I am going with kuiu myself. I know several folks using it that all love it and all of it I have seen or handled was top notch.
