Dear Administrators,
It is quite sad that you have taken your forum that had so much potential, and turned it in to a place where only like minded participants such as yourselves are free to express any dissention about someone else's stance on things. While you may think that creating a sterile environment for your friends makes your site a better place than others, it also quelches participation by your own members who fear being chastised by the policy police. You have nearly 900 registered members, yet over 600 have less than 10 posts, with the vast majority of those having ZERO. Ever think that those folks just don't want to be called out by the Cutman policy police. Damn sad if you ask me!!!

What's the problem now? Honestly, is there something in the water in Minnesota or perhaps the snow? Your profile says you are a 54 year old man yet you whine like a high school girl.

If you don't like it here, please feel free to leave. I can assure you that we will miss you but somehow find the strength to carry on.

It's getting old dealing with posts like this. This forum is free. It's hosted for free by Al Nipper. It's moderated for free by a group of people who do it because we want to help others. There is really only 1 rule: treat each other with respect. I guess we need a second rule: if your goal is to stir up drama, don't let the door hit you on the way out.

The only people who have been banned so far are spammers. We are bombarded by them constantly and they are a pain in the neck. That's going to change very soon because I'm sick of having to discuss so called tough, grown men who apparently get their feelings hurt if you look at them funny

From now on, trouble makers are going to be banned. This forum is for discussing Deer Hunting. It's called Deer Hunter Forum, not Whine About This Forum or Other Forums. If you don't like it here, just leave.

I have no interest in rehashing old debates or carrying on feuds that were created on old sites. It's all water under the bridge. Just be respectful to each other. And don't create drama. This thread is drama, so I'm locking it. If anyone has a problem, PM me or one of the moderators.

Dear Administrators,

I sure don't think this forum is over policed?? Like cutman stated there hasn't been one member banned from this forum--only spammers. There is always going to be a lot of members that don't post much and members that just like to come read all the information. I have always welcomed other opinions and even though fellow members might not agree on everything friendly debate is always welcome. Where I want to draw the line is on personal attacks. If other forums tolerate that then that is their business but what good comes out of personal attacks? I truly don't see where you are coming from with this post but you are entitled to your opinion.

We started this forum to attempt to keep the community of the now closed down QDMA forum alive and I feel we have done a great job. People can post on here without feeling harassed or chastised (unless they make a personal attack). Not every forum of for everyone but I believe the forum speaks for itself. Almost 900 members in a short 7 to 8 months-I personally think that is pretty darn good. If someone doesn't like the way this forum is moderated then they are free to check out the multitude of hunting related forums on the net.

When a new member makes a post I feel like they are very welcomed on this forum. Just look at how many "Welcomes" a new member gets on their first posts. The "Property Tour" forum is so busy it's hard to keep up with all the new posts. A lot of forums are on down time right now with the end of hunting season but will start picking back up with spring plotting around the corner.

Just my thoughts on this subject. I look forward to the growth of this forum and do believe we are here for the long haul and I thank cutman and alnipper49 for getting this place up and running.

God Bless America
