70 degrees at 5 this morning headed for 89 by mid afternoon. I was going to hunt yesterday afternoon but the temp was 88 at 5pm. I love early season hunting but figured I'd hunt the cool a.m. instead. Saw three does at first light then about 9:30 had a 1.5 year old mama and her twins come to my woods plot. I've said I wanted to kill does this year but could not take the skinny mama. Does anyone know if a doe has twins is she likely to always have twins if all else remains the same. ...nutrition, habitat..etc?
Either way a nice morning. Temps rising now, time to go sweat!
