Why would you add a low-N fertilizer after the planting is established? Anybody? If you need P and K, you need it at the point of germination.
I kind of lost interest when I saw two BOB seed mixes and nothing else. Picking his crotch and spitting didn't help much. And don't even get me started on those boots!
