Herd GT77 seeder for food plots

i have a herd gt77 seeder and have been using it for 5 years, or should i say trying t use it, this is the biggest piece of crap on the market. you don't know if you are planting 2 oz or 20#. i plant food plots for our cooperative and bought the Herd for that. the first year it was ok and seemed to perform well. after it has been a constant nightmare. the gate motor flops so you do not get a consistent opening. i have repaired it per herd instructions and it wont stay fixed. i have wasted several thousand $ seed the past 4 years. it is destined to be an artificial reef
