Gear Thread?

I was thinking a gear thread could be helpful. Everything from stands, bows, arrows, tractors, implements, ammo, hunting boots, etc. Hunting is a billion dollar industry (and boy do I help support it) but, not all gear is created equal. I tend to buy gear based on recommendations from others and I can't think of a better group to look to for a good review then the DHF crew.
BTW, I'm looking for a good pair of cold weather breathable rubber boots, I'm done with Muck. For 200$, they just don't hold up.
 
I have a pair of the Lacrosse that are aerofoam. I have not had any issues with them and have been wearing them for 3 or 4 seasons. I am not sure of what they are called exactly though.
 
I like this idea. Mickey mouse boots are rubber but they aren't really breathable. I have a pair of rocky 1400 gram deerstalkers that are pretty darn not sure of they make the model any more.

My number one thing I always make sure is in my pack outside of the obvious calls, knife, face paint, pruners, saws, etc is toilet paper. With IBS you better keep some handy :mad:. I have had many a hunt ruined.
 
This is an older thread but I really like the idea of being able to put up reviews of different hunting products
