The broadleaf plant is too small for me to say with any certainty. I'm going to guess that it might be one of the tick-trefoils. It looks a little like the Smooth TT that grows here, and it will get some deer attention when young.
If no one else can ID it with certainty for you, post some more pics later on when it gets bigger.
Thanks for the input guys. Nutsedge I knew for sure. It's prolific here in SC. I'll get some more pics when the broadleaf gets a little bigger. I was mostly interested in it cause the deer are hammering it.
Broadleaf is Florida Pusley. A HIGHLY preferred deer forage. I had it show up in my garden and have been growing it for seed here and taking it to the farm to "infest" my food plots for cheap summer forage. The more you plow the more it grows. I LOVE the stuff---and deer do too. Noticed yesterday they are hammering it where I have gotten it established.

What is really awesome about it, is once you get it going, you can plant your fall stuff in September or so, then in the spring this stuff will come up thick as hops giving you a free summer plot. Frost kills it in fall.
