Hi everyone,
I’ve been a passionate hunter since 1995 and a trained chef, combining my love for hunting and cooking for years. I primarily hunt with a .308 Win and have had the privilege of taking elk, fallow deer, wild boar, and some beautiful whitetail bucks over the years.
I’ve written a cookbook series focused on wild game—covering whitetail, wild boar, pheasant, and more—based on my experiences in the field and the kitchen. Now, I’m working on getting it published in English and could really use some advice from fellow hunters and wild game enthusiasts.
If anyone has experience with publishing or knows of good ways to reach the right audience, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Also, if you’re just into wild game cooking, I’d love to exchange ideas!
