Cider grinder & press

I'm on my way to having ~125 fruit trees in my home orchard (only 1/4 are producing due to age) and am planning on getting a cider grinder & press. Anyone know anything about them, good manufacturers, etc?

Pinterest, instrctables and other like sites have many ideas for building one. Some have used modified garbage disposals table mounted. That said, its a whole lotta work for not much reward.
