If you know your top 5 weeds, post them here, and I can check the book for you. What you're going to find is a common thread causing the prevalence of all your weeds. There are weeds that go in groups, and the causes can be too wet, too dry, compaction, fallow response, nutrient deficiency, etc.

I'm not good at identifying weeds. I'd have to take a book w/pics along to help me ID them. I'm 3 hours away from camp, and my next trip up there won't be for a couple months at this point. I'll try to look up some online, and try to ID them from memory. I'm pretty sure we have dock, and maybe pigweed - but not sure on the PW. Thanks for your help to this point.
