Big & Beasty

Anyone tried Big & Beasty? Thinking about putting in about 1/4 of an acre near a stand.

I bought it once deer really liked it, kinda expensive. I now buy my own individual seeds from Welters, Deercreek or local feed store and mix my own its a lot cheaper.

I’ve planted quite a bit of Big and Beasty over the last 5-6 years and have been really happy with it, they eat the tops in the fall and then the roots after the tops are gone.

I've planted a lot of CO-OP brassicas, they do the same thing. If you are must planting a little 1/4 or 1/2 acre patch the BOB seed is a good fit. When you buy 50# of radish at a time, it's not such a good fit.

I know this isn’t Big and Beasty, but here is the tag from Eagle Seeds Broadside Blend. I won a bag of it on Facebook and planted it last fall. The deer wipe the plate clean. I plan on having my local seed company mix a similar mix for me this fall.
