Any idea???

Seen this stuff in the woods for years but have no idea what it is. Deer love it. Blooms look like chicory. Any ideas? I know picture sucks.

I don't think so. Those upright stems on the OP pic are different than the ones of either variety of plantain. Neither broadleaf or buckhorn plantain's upper stems branch...they are a single stem.
