A few pictures of the larger foodplots, we need rain badly.

There are two that total about 6 acres, planted in early June and surrounded by a two rows of Poly wire at 36 and 18 inches high and an outside row of Poly Tape at 24 inches high. Powered by a 6 volt solar charger and the deer are totally respecting it so far. The clover plot shows how badly we need moisture, we haven't had anything measurable in over three weeks.

This is my friend who owns the property and works the food plots with me.

The other plot is to Johns right. Each has it's own elevated blind to cover the area more effectively. Both were sprayed yesterday for the last time this year. My plan is to broadcast wheat and brassicas in the bare areas with Sorghum and Egyptian Wheat that surrounding both plots. That was planted about 3 weeks ago but has not emerged due to the lack of moisture. It may not....

Nature can be brutal to plots. Wishing you some rain soon.

That's a very interesting corn and beans alternation! Stuck your picture on for ya.

Thank you, he's a good friend. We share the food duty, he does 20% and I do the rest and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I can see them, nice plots indeed, but yes you need rain. We had some much needed rain in the first week of July here, kinda unusual for us, but I’ll take it. Probably won’t get any more until September now.
