I am starting a new thread for my new hunting Opportunity. My father and I recently leased a 230 Acre farm in Pennsylvania. We plan on holding this lease for years to come. Roughly 100 acres of CRP/Agriculture, and 100 acres of woods. After initial walk through, the sign is there for a prime hunting spot. Numerous rub lines, worn down deer trails, and changing habitat. It has a few low spots that hold water, two creek crevices, and both lowland trees and hard mast trees. I am excited for what the future holds in this property. Looking to start land management at the beginning of February (minor cleaning, trail cameras, possible stand locations). First step is thinking on where to put in some poor mans plots. Surrounding properties are Ag fields and woods. Can’t wait to begin on this property.
