Weird growths

Any ideas on what these might be? Don't think it's fibromatosis cause they look to be covered in hair and not warty

They look like a cyst of some kind. Could be tick bites that got infected, thorns under the skin, ingrown hairs(never seen it on deer)... Ground check him and do an autopsy.
