Ag crop layering?!

Hi all, I have a property that I can hunt that has quite a bit of ag fields on it. The farmer has been nice enough to leave atleast a few rows of crops in specific areas for us to hunt. This years rotation calls for soybeans. I would like to broadcast some seeds into the standing beans shortly before the leaves drop. Is there anything in particular that may work better than others? Any other advice on the matter? I live in central Illinois if that plays a factor.

I like wheat, others might tell you winter rye. Broadcast when bean leafs yellow and hope for a rain. You might check with the farmer to see what he's spraying and if there is any residual that would prevent your seeds from germinating.
