I am a member of several forums that require a person to use their name instead of handles. I can understand why wome people might not want their address known but I also agree that receiving advice about something and getting replies only to find out the person lives in another environment is frustrating and confusing. I just do not understand the fear some people seem to have about their identity. I guess I have a different sense of security. Even though my name is well known on several forums, and has been for years, I have never had an issue with anyone.
