What are some good gifts for the Habitat Manager? My wife wants to know and I am curious if I am missing anything ;)

If you or the person you are buying for doesn't have a high-definition aerial map of their hunting property that would be nice. One large enough to hang on the wall.

I second the saws and weed mat/caging material. More trail cams are always nice for me, along with batteries and sd cards

I'll agree as well about the saw. You can grab a Stihl MS170 for less then $200. I find it you change out the 16" bar to a 12" roller bar and the larger 3/8th chain it makes a mean little hinge cutting machine

A chainsaw, a backup chainsaw, and a backup chainsaw for the backup chainsaw.
And some young buck to work said chainsaws!!!. Actually since my sons schedule is so screwed with kids and work anymore, I just ask for my birthday and Christmas to have a couple days he and I hang at the farm, perhaps doing work, perhaps just nothing. Been great present last couple years.

I tend to simply tell folks that I need a gift card to the local farm retail store. For me that is Rural King...I can get seed, chemicals, fertilizer, cage material, saw chains and oil, pruning equipment, game cams, mineral blocks, tree stands, guns and ammo and all sorts of good stuff....come spring I can even get fruit and chestnut trees!

Now I could do some damage with those...

One of my favorite new stores to my area. You ain’t kiddin!

Saw chaps, helmet and 2 lb mallet hammer n wedges for chainsaw use. Went 30 yrs without using them. Now like a seat belt...don't crank saw without em. Gave em for Christmas last year to the boys. The hard plastic wedges come in handy more than you can imagine. If you've got all that stuff then consider a lithium battery pole saw. Got one this past summer - Oregon brand. Love that thing. Beast of a saw.
