This was my first attempt. Used Backwoods Jalapeño summer sausage spices and followed recipe exactly. Turned out incredible

Nice. I made some last year with the same Brand I think. Did mine in the oven and it was super good.

Lump charcoal, grill temp180 until internal temp of 160ish
