Acquired a new piece of property that connected to my other place and it has an orchard started on it.It's not laid out real great and spacing isn't great so I am going to move a couple and add a bunch.Any suggestions?My other trees I have on another farm are enterprise,granny smith,doglo,a asian pear,kieffer pears and a couple others.Must be as FB and CAR resistant as possible,lets hear suggestions and what orchards you have had best luck with lately.I haven't ordered any in last couple years

I've been looking for grafted persimmon also! Have ordered a few but for different reasons have yet to get on shipped to me. I can't say who to order from, but I can tell you to stay clear of Englands. If you find a nursery that has them let me know.

PS: I've not planted any of these myself, so I can't speak for them. I've have planted some grafted persimmons from some other sources, and most of them have either died or been very slow. My best persimmons are the ones where I topworked native trees. Those took off fast.

The trees I got from Wildlife Group have grown great, but I'm realizing most were either not what I ordered or miss-labeled. It's taken 4 years and quite the investment in time and money to realize my trees aren't what I wanted. Hopefully whatever they are continue to grow well and are a suitable alternative.

I got some crabs from them once that were not labeled right, but everything else has been fine. I'm not affiliated with them in any way and was just trying to help someone find something that they were looking for.
Even though I have been satisfied with what I got from them (other than the crabs I mentioned) I doubt I will be ordering much from them in the future. There are some new places that have some new fruit varieties I would like to try, but really I'm fruit poor already.
