That is either Slender Bush Clover or Common Lespedeza, aka Japanese Clover by some folks.

Just so you can positively ID which it is, I searched and found you a link to each plant. I couldn't see your leaves well enough to say for sure, but you can look at these close up pics and be able to tell. I'm leaning toward the second one.
