Got a doe Will the meat be fine?

I got a doe to night She's field dressed and hanging in the barn. I'm a little concerned if the meat will be fine? Looks like low around 47 tonight. Will the meat be fine?

I think you will be okay overnight. Keep the cavity open for air circulation and dont dally tomorrow. Get her cut and cooled.

Most bacteria can thrive at temperatures between 40 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Having said that, if she is dry and especially with body cavity iced I would not be overly concerned.
