I finally got around to knocking out my euro mounts today. I put one of my bucks in the freezer already skinned out without a bag. That was a mistake, a bag to keep moisture in the skull/meat is essential. Got it done but more work than it should have been.
Also got my jaw bones cleaned up. They’ll be good teaching tools for my kids and a good way to document annual harvests.
