Bass pro buying cabelas

I sure hope not, its nice having too different stores offering different products. I'm more of a Cabelas guy and have always loved their products and stores
 
This has been in the works for a few months now. I was under the impression that it may be a hostile takeover, but I haven't followed it closely since the initial news broke.
