Hey everyone! I’m Christian Ramsgård, a passionate whitetail hunter and wild game cook from Denmark. Hunting has been a huge part of my life for years, not just for the thrill of the hunt but for the respect of nature and the joy of cooking great venison meals.
I’ve spent countless hours perfecting field-to-table recipes and recently launched a whitetail hunting cookbook to share my passion with fellow hunters. I love discussing hunting strategies, ethical game management, and of course, the best ways to cook venison!
