Retired 5th SFG(A) Green Beret. Spent 26 years in "The Legion" (5th SFG nickname) all in 2/5 with 28 years total in the Army.
I was on 546, 554/5224 (MFFJM), 5230, and finished as the Battalion Operations Warrant. I was in both invasions and had numerous crises and combat deployments before them. After the invasions, my entire life revolved around nearly 20 years non-stop combat deployments with my last trip in 2017. Thank the Lord for bringing ALL my people home safely.
I was medically retired (100% disabled) at Fort Campbell after breaking my neck and back on a HALO jump and stayed in the area for the healthcare.
