Well that is a pleasant surprise. I wish I had the patience to learn CAD. My father in law wanted taller legs on his couch I suggested he 3d print some, he uses CAD at work, took him no time and he had them printing and looked identical to the original just an inch taller. I haven't tried...

I have the same printer. It is pretty much plug and play. I think I bumped rhe plate temp up a little to get it to stick with pla better but thats it. I don't know how to design anything but you can find a lot of stuff between printable and thingiverse.
