Can't say for sure based on just that picture, but I think Field Pennycress.

Can be a summer or winter annual. Will mature at about 2+ feet tall with a white flower.

In my area its about like yellow rocket - not touched by deer. Cattle will browse it some, and I've always heard that it would give milk a bad taste......

It is worse than worthless, one of the earliest and fastest seed setters that I ever had to deal with. If you let it go to seed you have to deal with it for years.
