8x8 fence line stand build!

After having our property surveyed last year & having all the lines brushed out it left me with a lot of thinking to do. Our land is 40ac that borders the national forest on 3 sides with most of it not being used because of access. One night about a month ago me & a buddy sat at my dads cabin drinking a beer and talking smart about how to build a stand to cover both the west & north line and make kind of a hub/jump off point if we wanted to hunt deeper into the forest land to the west & north. The next morning we started on a project I didn't think I could finish before our gun season!

Started on the frame work that next morning in my dads pole @ our family cabin 4 miles from my 40

Built the walls later that week back @ my house in town then hulled them back up

View looking down the west fence line, it needs work but I can range the whole length of the property and some. I can get the range finder to show almost 500 yards

Figured I'd leave a shooting bench in the stand just because I could.

Bought a stove & heater so I could be extra fat & lazy!
