His trees have incredible roots, and that makes a big difference. Ryan has a passion for fruit trees that surpasses anyone I have ever known. I'm really happy to get some of his selections into the ground on my place.

You just need to come over and help me cut a new 200 yard shooting lane this Friday. You will think you've been in the Grand Canyon by the time we are through. I've got a potential Booner growing for next year and need to be able to see him better...
By next year I won't have to wipe the milk off his mouth and he might put on another 40 inches.

I would echo your comments...Ryan has some great trees and a wealth of knowledge about wildlife trees.

Is this the way to earn a buck tag? Work a day and get a chance to shoot a big buck? If so where do I sign up?

I’ve been debating on cutting long shooting lanes and feel like it really costs me during gun season. Any issues with them avoiding the lanes you cut in the short term? Watching the live from the stand thread showed me most do it.

Yes, in the short term it bothers them. That’s why I’m preparing for next year this year.

My recent hinge cutting has brought in some new ones, and they are already fighting over who gets to be the boss.

No, that’s the same old truck I had when you visited. I would like to use that 2 man saw but we would need to get it running first.
