Woods tiller issue and or question on 3pt tillers

Don't know if this is the right place but figured it should be.
Question is to anyone with a woods tiller or any brand that is 3pt setup... does it seep oil at bearings on drive chain setup (not the gear box where pto is)?
I bought this old/new stock TC68 tiller this year and had it leaking out of those bearings and then it seeping out of gear box breather too. I call up one of the locations of place I got it (not the exact one) and the guys like well I wouldn't trust anything they (meaning that other location) put together... I'm like wow that's nice to know you think so highly of your other stores but ok. So I drain the oil in chain case which didn't appear to be the #00 it calls for, so I got some and pumped it in, then changed the gear box to 80-90 and tilled some more. The bearing seals aren't leaking nearly as bad but gear box breather still spit out a little. I'm going to talk to dealer this week since I have a little down time with it for a week to week and a half. I guess I am just trying to see if this is some what normal. This tiller is a 2015 model that was left over I purchased this spring and now has roughly 10hrs on it. It has been used on some pretty decent soil as well not a million rock kind of plots.

If is spitting out the breather, is it over full?

I have a King Kutter that is gear drive, not chain...but it takes a lot less oil than I would think it would

Yes I have a Woods tiller. Not sure how much yours is spilling out but my guess if it looks a lot then u may not have a good seal with plate cover gasket or its dried out on you. If your getting just enough to see a little grease around cover no worries. If it's a bunch then prob bad gasket or cover needs tightened if I understand you right. I've had mine 8 years and is a beast. Loved it when I used to till.

I have a bush hog brand and it's bone dry on the outside of both cases after years of use. I say you've been had.
