And of course since we had good clay base we had to build another waterhole in the corner of it. Took 30 minutes from start to finish. This is starting...

We had great weather Saturday with warm temps and enough wind to start drying stuff out. Dozer guy said "we can try" and I am glad we did... Sunday was cloudy with no much wind and a bit cooler. Today it was really cloudy then it started raining mid-morning and is still raining...

We got an Electric easement from the neighbor to our east. We only had to go across about 2 acres of their place to get to our location...
Powerline is coming next followed closely by the house!

I went up early the next morning and root raked that new north plot we dozed in and I overseeded it with Durana, Barduro red, and clover and chicory mix I got at Atwoods - I believe evolved harvest brand. We had a really goosd chance of rain and I wanted to get it down before the rain hit.

On the way out I stopped and took this picture of the south plot where we did an expansion. You can see he new dozed area is the portion we expanded...

Powerline guys came Thursday per my neighbor and cut a bunch more trees in the powerline cut. I don't like it but it is what it is. We have a nice runway I suppose... I spent most of the afternoon cutting up trees they had laid down.

The rain we got actually improved the situation at our homesite as it helped to pack the ground...
