Baby backs went on the pellet grill about 40 minutes ago at 225 for the Ms and me later this evening. Only thing gonna be missing come bout 7:00 is Native's fried apple pie for dessert. Stay tuned...

Im living out of a cooler for the next 2 days as I travel to Idaho to try an let the air out of an elk. Those ribs look good.
 
Bout 3hr n 45min into the cook at 225 I took em off for wrapping with a little apple juice poured over them while wrapping. This is one of the meatiest rack of baby backs I believe I've ever cooked. Thinking these babies are gonna be good.Ribs II.jpg
