What’s up with Hancock Seed?

Have there been management or ownership changes? They always processed my orders within 48hrs. It’s been a week now and nothing. I sent an email inquiring and got a very curt response.

I suppose I’ll need to shop elsewhere for my EW seed.
 
I ordered from them earlier this spring and even though they were slower than normal, I still got my order. It took them about a week to deliver to my door, when normally it was three or four days to get it before.

Hancock isn't the only one with slower than normal shipping and probably due to the virus.
I have some orders (not seed) that were two weeks out before I received the product.
 
Seed arrived a few hours after I got a notice of shipment. Seems like their notification system isn’t up to par.

Also got a nicer email reply, so I guess they haven’t turned me off yet.
 
Me as well. When I called they said my they were waiting on my chicory seed to arrive then they'd get it out to me. But yes CV19 is probably slowing all this down.
I know I had a 10 acre thicket installed by NRD normally I can get whatever I want. But this year they couldn't get much for shrubs as the nursery didn't have a crew to pull them.
