Ok... it's been a while since I've had something worth sharing. THIS IS IT! Made this last weekend, and I cant stop eating it. Absolutely amazing. I'm going to make this every year.

Just watched video. Man that looks delish! Made the mistake of having more than half of buck I killed this past fall processed into summer sausage and the rest in jerky. Jerky was off the charts but the summer sausage was just too much. Feller can only eat so much summer sausage til you get tired of it. Will have to improve my processing skills to include making that sausage. Love Italian style sausage links about any way you can prepare them.
