Too late to fertilize?

Question: Have a mixed brassica plot, about a quarter acre. Did decent given the drought conditions we had in Central Indiana that ended about two weeks ago. About half the leaves have a yellow tint. Is it too late to fertilize now? We're averaging highs/lows of ~ 60/40 degrees give or take right now. Just wondering if it would be a waste to add 50 lbs of triple 12 or triple 19. Thoughts?

Probably too late at this point.

Might be a waste....but what you got to loose...50 lbs of fertilizer and some time.... If they are still growing it may help some....some. It certainly won't hurt. I got a bucket of some fertilizer I will dump and see if it makes an impact...just curious.

Well, added 40 lbs of 12-12-12 and 50 lbs of pelletized lime. 2-3 days later we received 2+ inches of rain. Plot looks great again! Yeah a little luck involved with the soaking rain, but fertilizer had to help I think.

I tossed a 5 gallon bucket of triple 10 on a plot of mine in one area just to see if I could tell a difference today.....we will see.
