The Farm - Madison County, GA

LOL. AC, I just read my prophecy in post #423. Go read it. I was SPOT ON. Though, in my buddy's defense it wasn't from him not having a desire. Family issues took him out. Y'all should have seen him. He was like a 6 year old kid shooting his first deer. It was hilarious. But, I ain't gonna lie. I'd rather me got a shot at him. If y'all saw the first one I grew for him, you'd understand.

My daughter went and hunted with me this afternoon. Unfortunately, this was the first time I've been on the farm in 2019 that I did not see at least one deer. We had fun nonetheless. She is a reporter for a local news organization so she took her camera to make a few shots for stock footage. LOL

Haven't posted any pictures in a while so took a couple yesterday. This is the east entrance into the farm which comes in through a 23-year-old pine plantation. This is how an entrance into a deer woods in the South should look!

We were snowed in Saturday, hence the desire to take pictures of green stuff east of here. LOL. I hate snow.

LOL. It didn’t even last a full day this time. 6” to nothing in less than 24 hours. About the only good kind—-but enough.
