Root growing box - Real deal or gimmick?

What are your thoughts on this one guys? I just saw a link to it and thought it was a very intriguing concept, but I know some of these things are gimmicky. If it works as advertised then it seems like a great way to get quick clones of our most desired trees.

Thanks TreeDaddy! What do you think would be a fair price? I didn't have anything to compare it against, but it was for a 3 pack so I figured that's in the ballpark. Maybe I'll shop around.
