My brain hurts
Just got my original CJ seats back from upholster. Nice job
I know you all are losing sleep
So the original has tank was in pretty good shape. I filled 1/2 with toilet bowl cleaner and water for a few days. That wiped out the rust and dirty gas residue but also showed me some pin holes in the bottom. I drained it patched the holes with JB weld, filled it again and no leaks. I then got some tank sealer for it. Got her in today, just need some new lines
Put in a dome light switch too
Got the fuel lines in. Now I can start it without blowing myself up
Put in a filter. My $10.00 Ebay find
Also finished the wiring and it all works... go figure
Picked up a couple of 1157 bulb sockets for the parking lights. Of course they are so cheap most of the tabs broke off when I pushed it thru the hole. Thank God for JB weld
Got the shaft all painted up
New gasket and pinion seal next
Ha Ha, you're painting the drive shaft! Come on man, this is a restoration! Admit it!
Define restoration :-/

Some sheet metal work to mount the siren
Can't wait to see this sweet ride when it's all done.
Quite some talent and patience you have young man. Sweet. If my garage wasn't already maxed with toys, we'd be talking. Gettin a evil eye from someone as I type this. Thanks for showing.
The deeper you dig ......... looks like she suffered a broken axle during her long life
That time of year again
