Pinetag's Plot - 43 acres in Virginia

Man you are killing it there. I got water running at my place last year after 4 years of ownership. Nice not having to drive the sprayer down the road to the neighbors to get water. And a shower after a 14 hour work day in the summer is pretty much heaven.

You will like that BW. Been a while since I planted that but man is it easy to grow and the critters & soil love it.
 
Got some more painting done today but man, it is slow going. At least we're making progress. The hallway is almost complete.

Had to go out this morning because there was a problem with the new well having no pressure over the weekend. They got it fixed so we're back in the modern age now. I had previously checked my food plot camera and had my first coyote on film but I didn't transfer it over to the computer so today I took a snapshot with my phone.

So after our tropical vacation it was back to the real world this past week. Today I was able to make it out to the land and get some more painting done on the cottage. I also checked my camera on the micro food plot. No bucks but the good news is there is daytime activity so they feel comfortable moving through the area.

Second bedroom halfway done. I also got the final coat on the hallway but didn't get a picture of that.

Next weekend I should be able to complete the kitchen and bathrooms and it will finally be on to the flooring.

Got a furniture donation this past week too. My dad is getting rid of his old lazy-boy chair so I can come in from a long morning hunt and crash in the recliner LOL.

Painting, painting, and more painting. That's all I've been doing out at the property lately but the good news is I'm about done. I finished up the master bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen.
