NWTF National Convention

Anybody going? This is my first year, we were booked to go a few years back and that fell threw. This year is was the wife's idea!

I will be there Sunday. We try to get there about the time the doors open and stay until the afternoon sometime.

I'm not going this year. But, it's the only place I've ever been where you can walk along sounding off with a mouth call and no one even pays any attention to you...

I’ll be there Friday and Saturday. I usually go every year. The wife enjoys staying at the Opryland hotel.

We are getting in Thursday night back Sunday. Planning a day and half for the convention then the wife wants to go to the country music museum. Looks like enough to keep her busy at the resort when she gets tired of the yelps.

She will forget all about the museum once she makes it to the Opry Mills Mall..

How convenient is that to the turkey convention?

They are attached. The hotel was planned pretty well with conventions and businesses using it for employees and customers. There are alot of smaller rooms that a company can rent for meetings, parties and such.

It is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. Large enough to hold two conventions at once also. I went for 10 years in a row back in the day but, haven't been for a good many years now. Maybe next year I'll start up again.
