This deer looked normal a couple months back but I believe he now has a bullet wound to his hip and he is drying up to nothing. Sad to see...

Could be - but if that is a wound on the point of his hip - it doesnt appear to be all that bad. Deer are tough critters. I have seen some recover from pretty bad wounds. I wonder if he might be sick - EHD a good candidate this year

I was gonna take my dozer over and clean out 2 dry waterholes this afternoon after I got in from a doctors appointment but before I got in my driveway I started getting notifications and I looked and he is there right now and I don’t want to spook him so I am just letting him eat...

Is that a buzzard following him around, or a crow looking for corn?
Always sad to see something hurting.

We had a sick doe show up a few yrs ago. Looked awful. I finished up some chores and went back a little while later to put a tag on her and finish her misery. She wasn't far away but had already died.

Well my Friday hunt ended up with no sightings of him or any other buck...saw a doe and 2 fawns only. He is still around though...
