I don't think so dogghr. It looks more like Blackhaw Viburnum (Viburnum Prunifolium). However, the two are hard to tell apart.

Three things make me think this is Blackhaw rather than Nannyberry: (1) the reddish leaf stems are more likely on Blackhaw, (2) Nannyberry leaf tips are more narrow and tapering rather than strictly ovate like the ones in your picture, and (3) in late spring during flowering, Blackhaw leaves have a lighter yellow color compared to the darker green color of Nannyberry. That color is what I'm seeing in your picture, but pictures can be deceiving. And finally......I've been wrong before....so who knows....;)

That was my second choice, actually my first but the little lady argued otherwise and had some good point, and I know how to choose my battles. Thank you, I'll tell her she was wrong and you can deal with her.

Yes, let me talk with her for a few minutes. I have a few things to tell her about you.....:D
