Merry Christmas all!

Merry Christmas to everyone from here also. It is a beautiful sunny day here in the north country and this deer knows where the best sun spots are. She is a regular when the sun hits this south facing slope on cold days. Today it is 22 degrees but it probably feels like 50 degrees where she is lying.

Dave, just in case no one else mentions it - that winter wonderland picture deserves to be on a magazine cover!!

Thank you Steve,
It sure is special to have coffee in the sun room and see the deer enjoying their mornings there basking in the sun's warmth just as we do. It is a full southern exposure hill and though the temperature hit a high of only twenty-three degrees today the snow has melted down to less than fifty percent of what it was this morning.
 
Merry Christmas everyone! Hope y'all enjoyed spending time with family as much as I did. I feel fat, tired, and blessed!
