Is this Japanese Stilt Grass

Pictures 2 and 3 are smartweed, I was unable to tell with picture 1. It likes cool damp soils and is a prolific seeder. I find it a lot in shaded areas of plots. I don't see much wildlife use, but I know some folks say waterfowl love it.....so I guess there is that. It's difficult to control - I simply spray gly and try to seed clover over it. Gly will knock it back, but doesn't seem to really kill it entirely. Mowing will keep it short but won't kill it. Best way to kill it....is probably address the soil moisture level and sunlight level or nuke it with a specific broadleaf herbicide.
