It's definitely 161.9 now. I surmise that it's a propagation issue. Lowered the TTL but my guess is that over the next few minutes it should be fixing itself.

The A record is pointing to the wrong ip address now. It's pointing to 159.203.156.48 instead of 162.243.161.9

Al Nipper can’t respond because of the DNS now, but he just sent me this and said it’s definitely pointing to the .9 address.

confirmed that it is prop delay if you are still getting timed out (though if you are seeing this you're probably ok )
