How bout we start an "Outdoor Cafe" thread

Since most of us like cooking stuff we harvest it seems like a good idea to have a section for all to post pics of their table fare and other cooking / grilling pics. I'd like to see some of those Texas folks posting pics of their brisket cooks. I'd kick in with chicken and breakfast fare pics. Dogdoc's got to have some fine fish cooks. Might even get Geo to kick in with some elk cooks if he gets lucky this fall. Some of the MO boys got to have some good Kansas City style rib cooks. Maybe the KY boys can add some bourbon laced cooks.

I am all for this as well. I am sitting here with drool running down my face thinking about it. Does their happen to be any good cajun cooks on here? I have a decent gumbo recipe now but am always looking for some new ideas when we have large get together's. I can make a killer squirrel gumbo which is one of my boys absolute favorites.
